In order to get the projection mapping studio functional, I made my projector a secondary monitor within After Effects. With pre drawn dimensions, I could find the correct measurements and perspective using the corner pin tool.
Now the walls and windows had been matched up, I am able to reveal parts of the house and match it to music. this works effectively in creating audiovisual stimuli. I have also looked at lighting the linear design with pulsing colours. Using Skream's Settled (which contains electronic cues) I was able to explore Chion's most simple theory of matching sound perfectly to visuals. This is resonant of A/V visuals using geometric shape in time with the music.
Moving forward, I will apply more methods of animation to test the selected theories from Chion's studies. Also extra dimensions will need to be drawn up such as the roof and stairs, making the animation more complex but more three dimensional.
