Animation Competitions
6 Animation Competitions
As an avenue to explore while studying animation, I have realised the number of competitions I can enter my animations into ranging from short films to large group projects. Entering into these competitions would be good for exposure and making good connections in the world of animation. Furthermore, getting involved in this community would allow me to see a wide range of different animations where animators can all learn from one another and get inspired.
RESEARCH PROCESS
RESEARCH PROCESS
Compiling together a set of sources to draw upon within the essay was an interesting process. As I compiled a number of content which comments upon nostalgic animations, I could see a number of ways opening up where I was able to compare different filmmakers methods of injecting nostalgia into their films. After finding a number of sources, I was beginning to think using the methods we learned in our lectures, such as triangulation, where I was able to compare three different sources to reach one definitive conclusion.
